There are many diets talked about today that are almost ideal, but none fit the new science of what we know humans should eat. Let's call this way of eating the Sapien Diet. Although humans are all different and actually can survive on almost anything, they evolved to run optimally on a certain set of foods.

It's very simple to live a healthy life and not have to count calories or learn a complex diet. Just stick mostly to things Homo Sapiens were meant to eat:

Meat, seafood, eggs, vegetables (greener the better), nuts, and some low-sugar fruits
